Our products are instant digital downloads. If a file doesn't open, is missing something the product page promised, or isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund. No need to return anything.

To request a refund, reply to the receipt email you received after your purchase with your purchase email and the product name.
